This annual event recognizes the scholarly activity of undergraduate and graduate students in all disciplines. Students share their work with the NMU and Marquette communities by presenting research posters and oral presentations. The event is free and open to the public. Our mission is to improve how we communicate about academic topics and ideas while recognizing the hard work done by NMU students under the guidance of faculty. More than 300 undergraduate students in all areas presented research posters, flash talks, or performance pieces at the 3rd Annual OSU Undergraduate Research Symposium. More than 100 graduate students provided feedback for all presenters at the symposium, and hundreds of faculty, students and guests attended.

Join us! On Thursday, April 18, 2024, from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., the Undergraduate Research and Creativity Showcase will be held on the 1st and 2nd floors of University Hall, including the theater and atrium. Students from across campus will present/perform their research and creativity, including scientific studies, community engagement projects, experiential learning, performance, music, dance, poetry, visual arts, and more! The event is free and open to the public and campus community.

The 11th Annual Research Day at Lawrence Technological University will take place on April 19, 2024. Research Day promotes the highest quality educational experience for Lawrence Tech students and celebrates the culture of research at Lawrence Tech. Undergraduate students will present posters and oral papers from 12-5 in the Buell Atrium. Event is open to the public.

The 19th Annual Student Scholarship and Creative Endeavors Week

April 12 – 18, 2024
This year, 67 students, representing 36 different areas of study, are giving oral and poster presentations during the 2024 Scholars Week activities. Many thanks to their 30 faculty sponsors. Since the inception of this event 18 years ago, 1278 students have shared their scholarly accomplishments with the Moravian University community.
Additionally, numerous talented student musicians and artists will participate in ensembles and art exhibits.
