The Seattle University Undergraduate Research Journal (SUURJ) is a multidisciplinary online publication that includes theoretical works, policy analyses, research-based editorial pieces, Core writing, and other modes. The journal is designed to provide an editorial apprenticeship experience for students through a credit-bearing program that trains students to share stewardship of the journal.
The Macalester Street Journal
The Macalester Street Journal (MSJ) is a student-run, peer-reviewed, academic journal publishing in the topics of Politics, Economics, and Geography. All papers published by the MSJ are student submitted works written for classes, or as part of independent research. Each year the MSJ publishes a Fall and Spring edition that are free to read at macalesterstreet.org, or can be purchased in a hardcover format on Amazon.
Journal of Art Criticism
The Journal of Art Criticism is an annual journal publishing criticism on contemporary art and original works of art by undergraduates from any 4-year undergraduate institution internationally. It encourages submissions from art history and visual arts students but also students from any other discipline with interests in contemporary themes. At its founding in 2015, it was the first undergraduate journal in print devoted to art criticism and is now reaching its second decade in print.
ECONPress
ECONPress is an undergraduate economics journal reviewed by Northeastern students. We accept submissions from undergraduate students around the world, which are then reviewed by the Editor-in-Chief and and a panel of select applicants. We accept quantitative and qualitative analyses, econometric studies, and high-quality essays, so long as they relate to the topic of economics. Journals are published annually.
Student Monthly Labor Review
The Student MLR is a pilot project dedicated to publishing social science research by undergraduate students. The Student MLR provides an opportunity for students to refine their analytical abilities, receive comments from experienced professionals, develop their research conjectures for graduate study, gain professional experience, and produce new knowledge. Subjects that the Student MLR publishes include, but are not exclusive to, demographics, labor economics, prices, environment, and more.
The International Undergraduate Journal of Medicine, Disease, and Society
The MedSoc Talk International Undergraduate Journal of Medicine, Disease, and Society is an independent, open-access journal that aims to engage students from across the globe in conversation regarding social inequalities and health care, health disparities, the intersection of social determinants of health with communicable (infectious) and noncommunicable (non-infectious) diseases, public/global health, and sociological perspectives of health and illness.
Undergraduate Journal of Mathematical Modeling: One + Two
Undergraduate Journal of Mathematical Modeling: One + Two publishes original research in mathematical sciences, from pure mathematics to modeling in physical sciences. UJMM is fully open access and supported by the University of South Florida Libraries. Undergraduate and graduate students and junior researchers can submit to UJMM. Projects should be completed under the supervision of a professional mathematician. There are no article or submission charges.
Cambridge Journal of Political Affairs
The Cambridge Journal of Political Affairs is a student-run academic journal dedicated to publishing undergraduate scholarly work on politics in a biannual online issue. The CJPA aims to provide a formative space for undergraduate students through an extensive peer-review process, with support from the Department of Politics and International Studies at the University of Cambridge.
REACH
Cal Poly Pomona’s Office of Undergraduate Research and Bronco Scholar Works at the University Library are proud to present Reach – Inspiring Creativity, Discovery, and Innovation, an online compilation of undergraduate research at Cal Poly Pomona. Reach showcases outstanding scholarship, creative works, and research conducted by undergraduate students under the mentorship of faculty members.
The Corinthian
The Corinthian is a scholarly journal published by the Ina Dillard Russell Library at Georgia College & State University. This collection of research recognizes student achievement by providing publishing opportunities for undergraduate and graduate Georgia College students.
