Join members from the CUR Nominations and Leadership Development Committee (NLDC) as they open up conversations on the organizational structure, how you, as a CUR member, can take the next step in becoming an elected leader, and the importance of giving back to your undergraduate research community. CUR’s nominations cycle for various elected leadership roles opens on October 15. What better way to get information on how the process works, why it’s important to stay connected, and insights into nominating yourself from the committee charged with identifying and recruiting candidates? Get excited about this upcoming election cycle and stay informed about the volunteer leadership within CUR.

Feeling disconnected? The DEI Committee invites all CUR members to build community together. In this informal virtual meeting, participants will learn about ways to stay connected with CUR throughout the year, and members of the DEI Committee will host smaller “connection rooms” to meet colleagues and explore collaborative opportunities.

This is CUR's public Community Engagement Meeting where the National Office staff and members from the Board of Directors will update on what CUR has been up to in the past year, referencing data points outlined in the 2024 Year in Review, as well as opportunities for future engagement, the chance to meet staff and learn how to connect with them, and what to expect as we approach the 2025-2026 membership year and beyond. 

This is a national celebration in which CUR showcases what other campuses are doing to celebrate undergraduate research, congratulate students, and thank those faculty and mentors who have helped guide the way.​
