Call for applications
We are excited that you will be participating in NCUR and presenting your engineering research. The CUR Engineering Division would like to highlight your research! By completing this application, you are allowing CUR-Engineering to share your research video to the public. You will also be eligible to be recognized publicly and potentially receive a cash award. All submissions will be reviewed by the end of April and award decisions will be announced by the middle of May 2024.
Guidelines for Video Submission
- Please record yourself discussing the research that you are presenting at NCUR this year. The video must be no longer than 60 seconds. Visuals are not required but may be helpful.
- Videos must be posted on Youtube and the setting must be either set to “unlisted” or “public”.
Eligibility
- All students presenting research in an engineering discipline at NCUR 2024 and submits a valid application by April 8, 2024.
- Monetary awards cannot be sent abroad. International students will receive a certificate only.
Videos will be reviewed based on the following criteria
- Clarity of Purpose
- Appropriateness of Methodology
