For Roxanne Wan, the divinity is in the details. Daniel Montoya is a senior pursuing a B.A. in Social Work at Azusa Pacific University (Azusa, California). Daniel was selected as one of the three recipients of the 2020 Hatfield Prize from the Center for Public Justice based in Washington D.C.
