The UConn RaMP (Research and Mentoring for Postbaccalaureates) Program is a year-long, paid NSF-funded postbacc research training program. The purpose of the program is to offer a mentored research experience and professional development opportunities to individuals historically underrepresented or marginalized in STEM. Scholars conduct research, participate in professional development activities, attend conferences and networking events, and expand skills in preparation for careers in STEM.
